3. CFYT Membership
We use your data to register you as a member and manage our relationship with you. This includes managing all bookings, orders, reservations and to provide you with relevant information about CFYT members
We will also use your data to protect our business. This includes the prevention of any crime, to manage risk for us and our readers and to ensure we adhere to relevant laws and regulations applicable to CFYT.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

All financial data is held by Sage Pay and Stripe according to their policies and applicable data protection laws. CFYT does not retain this information.
You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages by following the opt-out links on any marketing messages sent to you. You can also contact us any time on email@example.com to ask us to modify your preferences.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA FOR?
We will keep your data for as long as you are an active member.
If you do not interact with the CFYT daily emails for a period of three months, we will stop sending emails to you.
If you receive any other publishing from CFYT and do not interact with the material for a period of six months, these will no longer be sent to you.
All data held by CFYT will be anonymised after it has been inactive for a period of twelve months. This means it can no longer be associated with you. Anonymised data is kept indefinitely for research or statistical purposes.
We will keep your personal data if there are any legal requirements or if there is an open dispute.
